FABRIC NEW Precious Moments quilt panel angel baby boy blue other pastels

This listing is from Spectrix featuring Precious Moments vintage fabric from 2003 (photo 9); a baby quilt panel featuring an angel baby boy holding onto his favorite patchwork blanket.  The background is a medium baby blue & the outer border is in square, rectangle & heart shapes in muted pastels of lilac, yellow and mint green.  Overall, t
his piece measures 35" wide x 45".
Please note that this is the unfinished panel only and still requires a finished edging or border, batting for the center and a back to complete this baby quilt.
Photos 5-8 give buyer an idea of the outer border.  The border at selvage edges as well as the sides are complete but the large heart at each corner has been trimmed with pinking shears right to its edge.  That's the only problem with this than I can see; adding a finished border will necessitate your sewing into the corner patchwork heart.  I am listing several of these same panels & all of them are similar with the cut edge close to the panel border.
This is new fabric, never washed, 100% cotton.
