Kitty Cat Tote Purse Made by "ELKA" Excellent Condition

This is a beautiful tote/handbag/purse with the cutest kitties on the front that were put on by hand with a person who has great sewing technics.  The kitties are adorable and the purse has never been used.  Has 3 pockets inside of purse and one outside with a zipper for the cell phone. This tote is so clean it could new and made by a person named "ELKA".
