Found some boxes with old jukebox needles, cartridges, and other parts. I plan on listing them in due time.
This is a New Old Stock (NOS) AMI "J" Jukebox Needle. The green foam is deteriorating, and some has stuck on the needle. I dont believe this will be an issue. But it something you might be able to carefully remove, using mild watered down solvents. Please look closely at the pictures to see if this will suit your needs.  I admit I have not worked on many machines of this vintage. So having said that, please do your own research in regards to model compatibly.  I am just listing from what I see, and
a quick look up online.
