NSM Volume and Reject / Cancel Control Box

This NSM Volume Control with Reject / Cancel function is used, and untested, as I do not have a machine for this.  Shows signs of wear and age,  but in over all good condition.  The volume controls are currently locked together, meaning both channels raise and lowwer at the same level. It can be made  for each side to be set at independant levels, just by spinning one of the slide control plastic tops.
There is only a short amount of wiring connected to the control box. You may wish to run new wire, which is basically phone cable.
