    The Rock-ola # 17982 Reset Pawl and # 14028 Compression Spring are used in the credit accumulator in all models beginning with the 1446 Hi-Fidelity Comet of 1954 and continuing to the model 434 Concerto of 1967.
    Operators would often remove these two parts so that the machine was on free play (actually it had constant credit) before selling their used machines for home use.
