Schumacher upholstery showroom sample Shanghai Peacock *****READ DESCRIPTION!!!!

Description

Here is a shumacher showroom sample upholstery fabric. 100% linen. The print is "Shanghai Peacock" and is very pretty.  Because this was from the showroom it has 2 grommets within the print (photos 4,5,6) and the back has hook and loop fastener on 2 corners. It measures 26.50" by 27.50". Could still be used for smaller projects.
Note: I purchase my fabric from estate sales and thrift stores, so I do not know its history. None of my fabrics have been washed to my knowledge, but if so, I will state that in my listing ~
Older vintage fabrics may not be the same quality of today's quilt shop brands ~
sometimes edges are not even. I measure from the shortest length and give you the extra bit ~ edges may have some fraying ~ may have a storage odor, if very strong I will note it in the listing.  Fabrics will need ironing. Actual colors may vary from the photos as monitors display differently.
